AMEN! you ever notice how one of the options is never "please press 1 if you just want to talk to a real person who knows your immediate needs."??

i know, but i have learned if you press 0 they just connect you b/c they think you are stupid. that's my new plan of action. press 0!

Steve heard once that they monitor stress while your on hold so if you start cursing and getting upset someone will pick up. It may not work but it relieves stress to try it.
