The Magic Kingdom!

All ready to go on our first day! We we're prepared with our cooler bags that my husband so graciously carried around for 3 days! We had 8 bottles of water a day. We also all had lanyards with our room keys on them. The room keys doubled as our park ticket and dining plan pass.

I want everyone to note that my air looks decent...it doesn't stay that way for very long!

The train station where they had the major of the Magic Kingdom come out and magically open the gates. It was awesome! I also enjoyed all the fall decorations.

The castle! With the princess!
I could look at it all day long!
We had lots of fun at the carousal.
Dumbo's ride was pretty surreal. It's what you see on t.v. and think of when you think of Disney World.
It's a Small World After All....that it is:)! This picture is for Papa Larry.
We also enjoyed the teacups and rode them a number of times. It was fun to make them go faster and faster! Emma was very excited about this ride.
Face painting....it was pretty awesome!Toontown!
Minnie's house was pretty neat. We got to walk through it and see everything in Minnie world!

Everything was shaped like mickey....EVERYTHING!
Splash Mountain was our all time favorite ride! We rode it over 6 times on our last day there!
The parades were so great to watch!
I can't imagine where they store all these floats.
Love the giant mice!
Does it get anymore magical than this?
A show in front of the castle. It was pretty neat to see.
Colby's favorite....Tomorrowland!
The speedway.
Our first day was all I had dreamed it would be. We saw a number of characters and rode every ride in the park that we wanted to. I know to many this sounds amazing, but the park just wasn't busy. The most we waited in line was 20 mins. Also, the weather was cloudy, which was awesome b/c it wasn't just down right hot. We watched an incredible 3-D movie, in which we got wet, smelled the food, and felt like it was really right in front of us! That was probably one of our favorite things. At the end of the day, we headed over to 1900 Park Fair to eat supper with Cinderella and her family. After that, we decided to take advantage of the magic hours at Epcot. More on that later....

Love it! It just sounds surreal! I have to admit, though, the giant mice scare me a little!
